Outer East Football Netball’s commitment to Junior Netball

 2024 Junior Netball Competitions and Talent Pathways 

Since the release of the Outer East FN Competition Structure Review, we have been contacted by anxious Clubs and parents alike, concerned about what our commitment is to Junior netball for 2024 and beyond. To clarify our position: 

Outer East Football Netball is fully committed to running junior netball competitions in the 13&U, 15&U and 17&U age groups for the 2024 season and beyond. 

As a Netball Victoria affiliate, we are fully committed to playing our role of growing participation in netball within our region and providing the best opportunities possible for all players, coaches and officials within our competitions, being guided by the four pillars of our governing body’s Stategic Plan.  

Play – Grow – Inspire – Lead 

We are also committed to an expansion of our representative programs which will see 13&U, 15&U, 17&U, 19&U and 23&U age group Outer East teams which will provide opportunities for players within the Netball Victoria athlete pathway program. 

For those present during the recent finals’ series, it is plain to see that we have junior age netball competitions that we can all be justifiably proud of, and it will continue to be that way. 

So that the message is very strong, to all of our Clubs, officials, players and parents, please, if you have any doubts at all around Outer East FN’s commitment to junior netball, we fully encourage you to contact at anytime to discuss.
