The Yea Football Netball Club is hiring a senior men’s football coach for 2023.
The Yea Football Netball Club is an inclusive and family friendly club that has a Men’s and Women’s football program, Netball programs and Junior teams. They are searching for a passionate Football Coach to take on the role of Senior Coach of their Men’s team for season 2023.
The right candidate would:
– Have strong leadership and communication skills
– Be able to evaluate player performance and provide advice and support
– Be able to build strong relationships with players, committee, volunteers and the broader community
– Foster club spirit amongst all players and develop a positive team environment for the players and coaching team
The role will include, but not be limited to:
– Create, manage and prescribe training programs for the preseason and season
– Instil the values of the Club in the playing and coaching groups – Player and Coach retention and recruitment
– Motivate the playing group to have on field success and be diligent towards training
– Test, evaluate and refine each player’s individual skills and game knowledge
