Their program of support services is tailored to suit your individual situation – This could be exploring payment options such as SmoothPay where you can pay smaller amounts more frequently, advice on reducing your bill by saving water, to identify if you’re eligible for Utility Relief Grants, or figuring out a payment plan that will work for you and your financial situation – whatever that may be.

And if you have a valid concession card, we can register your card to reduce the amount you need to pay by visiting our website.
