Yarra Valley Water – Water Care

Yarra Valley Water have recently launched a campaign to build awareness and engagement with WaterCare, their flagship program for customers experiencing vulnerability. 

The campaign highlights the financial support options available through WaterCare, and includes a focus on driving eligible concession registrations. 

Yarra Valley Water estimate one third of concession card holders across our catchment are not currently receiving their concession discount. 

We also know cost of living pressures continue to impact our community. 

That’s why we’re encouraging as many customers as possible to register their concessions and start saving on their water bills today. So jump online and see whether you are eligible, nothing to lose.
