Following the announcement of further easing of restrictions by the Victorian Government today, AFL Outer East is pleased to announce some positive changes to our league that will come into effect from 11:59pm Thursday 24 June.
The most notable change being that spectators are allowed to attend community sport games from this weekend.
Here is a summary of the changes released by AFL Victoria today:
Metropolitan Melbourne
Open for all ages, training and competition.
Spectators allowed within venue and space limits.
Maximum venue capacity 300 people per indoor space and 1,000 people outdoors (density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm).
Regional Victoria

For community football in regional Victoria, we are seeking more information from the Victorian Government on the density quotient of 1 person per 2 sqm applying when using a COVID Check-in Marshal (otherwise density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm applies).
