We are pleased to announce our inaugural Football Coaching Academy for registered female coaches of any age or experience!
Facilitated by Lauren Morecroft, who is the Eastern Ranges Head Regional Development coach, OEFN Coaching Ambassador and a former AFLW & VFLW player and coach, this academy features four sessions with key focuses on networking and development in the coaching space.
Information on the Academy as supplied by Lauren:
“The first night is purely for networking with other likeminded women to build support in the region and between clubs to allow women to feel further supported withing their own coaching community.
From then the last 3 are ‘inner sanctum’ experiences of a Team Review, Main Training and Opposition analysis. Each with time to ask plenty of questions and seek deeper learning as I will be able to spend time with you. Participants are also welcome to come onto the track to see all drills explained and executed as the night goes on.”

#2 Match Review Experience of the Eastern Ranges Boys Round 17 game with Q&A
Monday 5th August 6pm-7pm
#3 Team Main Training session with Q&A – training ideas, insight into fundamental drills.
Tuesday 13th August 5pm-7.30pm
#4 Opposition Analysis with Q&A – ideas on how to identify trends and what opposition team are trying to execute.
Thursday 22nd August 6pm-7.30pm
