Join Netball Victoria at the 2020 Online Leadership and Game Development Conference.
Throughout the one-week online conference, you will hear from a number of experts in their field to discuss key matters of coaching, umpiring and affiliate development.
This year’s conference will also see the introduction of a Junior Leadership component, to be held on the Friday night.
Monday 16 November – Resilience Through Change
Presenters Bec Daniher (Fight MND), Netball Victoria CEO Rosie King, and MAD4Leaders experts Allison Crabb and Lyndall Russell.
Tuesday 17 November – Our People Our Places
A focus on facilities and facility development including working with Council, applying for funding and understanding the pre-game checklist.
Wednesday 18 November – Strategic Planning and Planning For The Future
Learn how to set up and operate a successful committee, how to prepare a strategic plan, succession planning and the importance of budgets and financial modelling.
Thursday 19 November – Re-emergence After COVID-19
Netball Victoria CEO Rosie King will share her own experiences throughout COVID-19 and how we rebuild and re-emerge in 2021 . Dave Burt from Sport And Life Training also will provide strategies on how to re-emerge on the other side feeling confident and empowered.
Friday 20 November – Rock Up Netball Youth (RUN-Y) Junior Leadership Development
How do you attract young people with leadership qualities into your organisation? Hear from Georgia Trent and Charisa Barham, two young people heavily involved with Netball New Zealand. Mad4Leaders will also provide tips for associations around the development of young leaders.
