We’ve had a fabulous response for coaches for our 2025 Interleague Program, and we are now taking expressions of interest to coach our Under 12’s development squads.
The purpose of a development squad is for players to build a strong foundation in a high performance environment, participating in training sessions, playing intra-competition matches, and to have the opportunity be mentored by coaches & OEFN Interleague staff.
The role requires coaches to be available for two training sessions, one match day, and for coaches to foster an environment that encourages our junior players to showcase and improve their abilities, while experiencing an introduction to representative football.
