Outer East FN Netball Development Manager, Greg Heinrich has advised the League that he has finalised his operational position with OEFN.
Greg’s passion for Netball, dedication and enthusiasm has ensured his overall contribution to the league has been significant throughout his time at the organisation. Greg and Inspire Netball Group will continue to deliver the Outer East FN Emerging Talent Academy.
“We’ve been involved with Outer East Football Netball for the past 6 years supporting the development of the Netball Competition. The last 4 years has had its challenges with COVID but it has been incredibly rewarding, seeing the competition transition and grow from the former AFL Yarra Ranges to AFL Outer East and now Outer East Football Netball is a credit to Aaron, the staff and the clubs. It has been great to be involved in the development of the Representative program which has seen some great success, winning the 15Under Association Championships in 2019 as well as having in excess of 30 x athletes talent identified by Netball Victoria over the last 4 years”.
“It will be sad to finish up with the Outer East FN after so many years, but I know the competition is in good hands with Matt Blanchard and I am excited to see the continued growth in the future and look forward to staying involved in the netball pathway program by delivering the Emerging Talent Academy”.
“I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the clubs and the amazing people behind the scenes that I have had the pleasure of working with over my time. To Tony Mitchell and the Board, thank you for your continued support, especially through the COVID years. To Aaron, Cameron, Matt, and the staff, thank you, you have made my time even more enjoyable and I wish you all the very best in the future”.
We thank Greg for everything he has contributed to our competition and clubs and wish him the very best for his future endeavours.
