2022 Division One Fixtures Released

Outer East Football Netball is pleased to announce the release of the fixtures for Division One across football and netball for season 2022.

Commencing on Saturday 2^nd April, here is some of the key information covering the season:

• Round 1

Healesville will take on Berwick Springs at home in the two clubs first ever encounter.

Emerald will host Yarra Glen for the first time in 10 years and Belgrave will travel to Seville.

Gembrook Cockatoo’s senior footballers will have the bye in Round 1, while their netballers travel to Berwick to take on the Wickerchicks.

• Round 3 – Anzac Round

Gembrook Cockatoo will host Emerald in their traditional Anzac Round slot which will also be the Brookers first match back on their home ground following the completion of facility works.

Seville will face recent rivals Yarra Glen at Seville and Healesville will host Belgrave.

Berwick NC will host Berwick Springs in the netball.

 

• In Round 4, we will see Yarra Glen host Belgrave for the Pride Cup.

 

• And in Round 16, Belgrave will play their 1,000^th match, since the merger of the Yarra Valley and Mountain District leagues in 1966, against Gembrook Cockatoo at Belgrave.

 

• No Division One matches will be played over the Easter weekend or on the Queen’s birthday weekend.

 

• The Division One finals will be a three week top four system beginning on Saturday 10-9-22, with the Grand Final to be played on Friday 23-9-22.
