2018 Senior Finals Venues

The AFL Yarra Ranges Commission released to it’s clubs the 2018 Finals venues on Friday 10-8-18, which also included the clubs who were successful in their Gate hosting applications.

Congratulations to all who applied & we look forward to a great 2018 Finals Series.

The Community Bank Division 1 Grand Finals will be at Yarra Glen on Friday 28-9-18.

The Aurora Cafe & Bar Lilydale Division 2 Grand Finals will be at Healesville on Sun 23-9-18.

This year we had a limited number of grounds available which has made some  scheduling difficult. The resurfacing of Warburton’s ground, building works at Monbulk & Gembrook’s Netball Courts needing repair were key factors in them not being available.

With the assistance & input from our clubs whom wished to participate, a Finals Hosting matrix’s was put in place for 2018.
In 2018,  neutral venues will be utilised for senior football.  With Healesville & Woori Yallock still alive in the Finals race of Div 1 Seniors, it ruled out their venues for the Div 1 GF.
